Well Hello There!

I’m Beth — the heart behind Homegrown Fitness, LLC.

I’m a small-town girl at heart, fueled by faith, family, friends, and just enough caffeine to keep up with my busy days. When I’m not in the gym, you’ll find me outdoors—hunting, kayaking, snowboarding, or cross-country skiing—living out my passion for an active life surrounded by God’s amazing creation.

My fitness journey started long before I launched Homegrown Fitness in 2020. For over a decade, I’ve worked in the fitness industry, gaining experience that now allows me to serve clients as a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Today, I lead personal training sessions, coach group fitness classes, and work with people from all walks of life.

My philosophy is simple: movement is medicine. I believe fitness is not just about exercise, but about improving your overall quality of life. Together, we uncover obstacles, adjust habits, and carve out a personalized path toward strength, health, and confidence. Whether I’m coaching a young athlete to master proper form or guiding an older adult toward greater mobility and independence, my goal is always the same—prevention over prescription, empowerment over limitation.

Every day, I’m blessed to share my knowledge, witness transformation, and celebrate victories both big and small. At Homegrown Fitness, it’s not just about workouts—it’s about building resilience, balance, and a healthier relationship with yourself and your body.
